This extremely well appointed Are’ presents 340m²/3655sq. ft. of chic Polynesian design with a contemporary furnishings and modern conveniences. The combined features of these interconnecting Are’ offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 plunge pools, 2 private decks and 2 private courtyards each with a stone outdoor shower. There are spectacular lagoon and beach views from the living areas, 2 bedrooms, both private deck and salt water plunge pool. And you are only 1 step from the beach. This Are’ boasts a full kitchen for gourmet entertaining and a mini kitchenette in the main bedroom suite.

For additional guests, Extra Person fees applies. Rates include all Government taxes and charges (VAT 15%).

Infants 3 years and under stay for free (offer valid for 1 infant per Are only, Extra Person charge applies for additional infants). Port-a-cots available.

Airport Transfers - Upon request. Standard Transfer $40pp each way (Children 3-12yr $20, Infants FOC) 

Extended Day Use - charged at 50% of daily rate. Subject to availability.

Standard Check-in & Check-out  - Standard check in time is 2.00pm. Standard check-out is 10.00am.

Early Check-in  - Guest is required to pre-checkin for the night prior. Full nightly rate applies.

Late Check-out - Guest is required to checkin for that night. Full nightly rate applies.

Payment Policy - We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation changes (or a minimum is 1 nights room charges, whichever is greater. The balance of all accommodation charges and all pre-booked services are payable 1 month prior to arrival.

Method of Payment - The resort accepts Visa, MasterCard & Direct Deposit into the resorts NZD New Zealand bank account or NZD Cook Islands bank account.
