The resort can offer a number of stunning reception venue options on site from: a poolside marquee, beachfront marquee, resort restaurant or our private dining room overlooking the lagoon – the resort can cater for special occasions from an intimate gathering for 2 or a more grand celebration, catering for up to 150 guests for a seated dinner or 300 for cocktail party. Your guests will experience an unforgettable celebration, whether it be a barefoot champagne beachfront party or a more formal occasion.

There are a number of venues to choose from: Poolside marquee (75), Nautilus Resort restaurant (180), Private dining room (20) overlooking the lagoon or our “Ultimate” Beachfront Gazebo (55) overlooking Ta’akoka Island. – the resort can cater for an intimate occasion for 2 or for groups of up to 180 for a formal dinner.
The resorts own on-site Weddings & Event Planner and our team of wedding and function coordinators will ensure that you have everything arranged on-site including local wedding professionals who can assist with services such as hair & make-up, photography, videography, entertainment, cultural shows, transport,or anything else that you may need to create an occasion to suit your needs. Meetings and Corporate Functions
Meetings and corporate functions are also popular at the resort. A beautiful private dining room leading onto the beachfront terrace and gazebo creates an ideal spot for dinners up to 60 guests or cocktails for up to 150 guests. This private room is ideal for use as a boardroom or for smaller meeting or seminars and is equipped with top-of-the-line audio-visual tools—seats up to 50 people theatre style or 20 people boardroom style – perfect for intimate seminars or meetings.
And for a larger event, the resorts marquee located poolside will cater for up to 160 guests offering themed events with a diverse range of gourmet dining options – banquet or plated menus.
